A Quick and Easy Charcuterie Bouquet

Charcuterie Bouquet

This is an easy way to create a pretty charcuterie bouquet for an appetizer or happy hour snack for a small gathering:

You don't need many ingredients: a few different cheeses, salami or pepperoni, grapes and cherry tomatoes.

You will also need decorative long toothpicks or skewers:

Other items you might have in the fridge that can also be used are:  ham, turkey, gherkin pickles, olives, cucumbers, peppers, strawberries, basil leaves, berries, celery, melon - and many more - be creative!

I created the bouquet in a trifle bowl, but they are just as pretty on an enamel plate:

The ideas for creating these are endless!
