Flag Day Charcuterie

Charcuterie cups are easy to assemble, and a delicious treat for guests:

HAPPY FLAG DAY!
I bought red and blue polka dot paper cups.  You can use martini glasses, mini plastic bowls, cardboard cones, etc.

In the bottom of each cup I put 2 T  of assorted nuts.  I used two types of skewers; on one I put a berry, gherkin pickle and a cube of cheese and on the other I put a cherry tomato, salami, mozzarella pearl and prosciutto.  Then I added a bread stick and two different crackers.

The tray full of cups looked so festive and appetizing....

Here's a little charcuterie cone I made from a tortilla, by baking in the oven to crisp it up.  Then I filled it with snacks!
