When you need a quick dessert....

These easy sweets can be made and served  in less than 20 minutes!

I started with sugar cookies dough....

...and placed each portion in a mini silicone muffin pan:

I used my finger to make an indentation in each cookie.....

....and baked for 13 minutes!

When they came out of the oven I used a mini spoon to depress even further, forming a "cup":

They cooled quickly and then I added a dollop of pre made frosting into each "cookie cup":

EASY PEASY!
