Here's a quick and easy treat to add to your dessert tray this spring:
All you need is some chocolate meltables, sandwich cookies, popsicle sticks and sprinkles (optional: lollipop bags and ribbon).
I chose peanut butter sandwich cookies and found these sprinkles at Walmart:
Gently slide the popsicle stick into the cookie:
Dip each into melted chocolate and add sprinkles. Refrigerate for 15 minutes until chocolate is set.
I wrapped each in little plastic bags and tied on a bow:
The can be displayed in a vase or on a tray!
Ideas: Use a variety of spring colored chocolates, sprinkles and ribbons. These are perfect for party favors, for little gifts for co-workers or to bring to a club meeting!
