Crunchy Tiger Bark
1 lb white chocolate buttons
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
(or milk chocolate)
Microwave white chocolate in microwave 1 minute at a time until melted, stir well. Stir in peanut butter and spread on a parchment paper cover cookie sheet. Immediately melt chocolate chips and dump on clumps over peanut butter mixture. Using a rubber spatula, swirl chocolate to marble. Chill until candy hardens and then break into pieces. Store in airtight container in a cool spot.
