Here's a perfect cocktail for St Patty's day:


LUCKY CLOVER







1 12 oz can Raspberry Seltzer 
4 oz Pineapple Juice

2 oz white rum

2 oz blue curaçao

1 oz lime juice


Combine the Pineapple Juice, Blue Curacao, lime juice, and rum in a small pitcher and lightly stir.


Pour in the Seltzer and give a light stir.  Serve over ice, and garnish with a lime slice, pineapple slice, or maraschino cherries, if desired, and enjoy! serves 2
