This is an old recipe pulled from my files - Perfect for a brunch, served with eggs or quiche.
Ham and Cheese Roll-Ups
14 slices of ham
14 slices of Swiss cheese
1 can asparagus spears (15 oz)
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup (10 oz)
1 cup milk
1 T dijon mustard
1 can sliced mushrooms (4.5 oz)
Layer one slice cheese on top of ham and lay one asparagus spear on one edge, Roll and secure with toothpick. Continue to make 14 roll-ups and place in a 11"x7" baking pan, lightly greased. In a medium bowl, mix soup, milk, mustard and mushrooms and pour over roll-ups. Bake @ 350°, covered in foil, for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes
Sounds delicious and a great way to use the remainder of my NYE ham............
