Crock Pot Pepper Steak for Two - a "Dump" recipe....

Here's another "Dump" recipe.  Mix it all up, freeze it in a Zip bag, defrost overnight in fridge and dump it into the crock pot for 4-5 hours!

Crock Pot Pepper Steak for Two

3/4 lbs round steak cut into 1/2 in strips

2T flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 small onion diced

3 garlic cloves

1/2 green pepper diced

1/2 red pepper diced

8 oz can Italian style tomatoes

1/2 tbsp beef bouillon

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 T steak seasoning

1/2 T steak sauce

Instructions

Toss steak in salt, pepper, & flour and add to large freezer bag. In a medium bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients, add to bag. Zip close and place in freezer. When ready to use thaw in fridge overnight. Empty contents into crock-pot and cook on low 4-5 hours.  Serve over rice, in a hearty roll topped with cheese or with a side of mashed potatoes!

  1. We no longer have a crockpot. Just use a dutch oven now, but did when we were first married and both working. Looks delicious!
