If you have been following me for a while, you know how I hate gardening - but that I love flowers and herbs.
To avoid getting my hands in worm and insect infested dirt I went on the hunt for a raised box for my herbs. I bought this "box on a stand" at a garage sale for $5.00 and removed the lid. A little white spray paint covered the ugly colored wood:

Hi Patti,
ReplyDeleteI just love your cute garden box. It's perfect for herbs. The little sign on the box is extra cute.

You are so clever! I love it!
ReplyDeleteHi Patti, what a great idea! I really have wanted an herb garden for a while, usually, I use pots to plant them, but this is a fab idea, and it's pretty too, well done, tami
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet planter...love it! Visiting from Nifty Thrifty party! Hope your week is wonderful.

Great idea, Patti! I love the stand! Love the addition of the sign, too. The red adds such a nice pop of color.
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty herb stand!! The little zinnia sign is very cute! For me, there is something really therapeutic about getting my hands in the soil. So I dig in the dirt.
ReplyDeleteSo cute Patti!
ReplyDeleteThe landscape company out back of the shop just set up their herb display...I think I will "borrow" your idea for my campground!
What a wonderful idea Patti!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a great idea. We've been wanting to do a small herb garden. Something this size would be perfect.
ReplyDeleteWell, this is just as cute as can be..a great idea. Did you drill holes in the bottom for drainage? I'll be watching for a box now. I love fresh herbs.
ReplyDeleteDid you get my email and photo? I hope so but if not, email me, ok? I sent it this morning.
