Turning Stone Casino and Resort Birthday Getaway

This has been the birthday celebration that has gone on for over a month!  Friends and family created great memories for me to cherish forever:

We celebrated my birthday at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino last week

Upstate New York’s premier destination resort lit up the holidays with more than two million LED lights, 160 illuminated Christmas trees, a massive 50 foot tree with a six foot topper, a 32 foot tree inside the Emerald Lobby, 84 illuminated lamppost motifs of reindeer and ornaments, and more.  

Turning Stone’s annual Gingerbread Village, nationally recognized every year by leading publications, including the prestigious Forbes Travel Guide, is one of the best gingerbread villages in the country. Measuring more than 75 feet in length, the Candy Land themed village features nine colorful structures and a train that travels from the train station throughout the village

We saw Cirque Musica - a fabulous holiday show!

We enjoyed dinner and an overnight and both of us were lucky winners in the Casino!

Over the weekend I was surprised, very surprised, by these two, who came for the weekend to celebrate:

The these 3 grandsons had fun playing together, seeing Lights on the Lake, and eating lots of sweets!

And the adults enjoyed BBB and holiday cocktails!
