This is a light, minty and refreshing cocktail. If you don't have peppermint vodka, here's an easy way to make it:
Drop a peppermint into a shot of vodka and let sit for about 30 minutes....
...and it will look like this:
Toss the remaining candy away and top with ice and Sparkling Pink Lemonade
Garnish with a candy cane and mint leaves:
