I saw this recipe posted on Facebook and I decided to try it with 4 lbs of chicken breasts. The name alone caught my eye - easy recipes, with common ingredients, always get my attention!
There are only two of us but I plan on making chicken soup with all the leftovers!
I marinated the chicken for a few hours and added a few of my own seasonings to the recipe above. I placed all the thighs in a baking dish and in one hour - voila:
It sure was quick and easy!
I made a chicken vegetable soup with the leftovers - and then I froze 6 containers for a cold winter night!
Chicken in a Hurry
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
1 pkt dry onion soup mix
Mix all ingredients and
pour over chicken and bake for an hour at 350°
