½ teaspoon of Tajin
Pinch of salt, optional

Callan and I made "egg mice" and he discovered he likes hard boiled eggs!
Egg Mice
Prepare hard boiled eggs and cool. Slice in half and place face down on a platter. Make a slice across the smaller end and use thinly sliced radishes for ears (we only had strawberries and improvised!). Poke a hole in the opposite end and insert a chive for a tail. Use a food marker for eyes.

Looks yummy! I have never used Tajin, but think I will buy it. I love cucumbers & it sounds tasty.
