A few side dishes.....

Here are a few "easy to make" side dishes when you need a little 'something more' with your meal:

Jello Sherbet:

Simply dissolve 2 boxes of cherry jello in 1 cup boiling water and then add 2 cups of orange sherbet.  Pour into individual serving cups and chill for a few hours.

Catie's Cranberry Brie Bites:

1 can Pillsbury crescent dough sheets, cut into 24 squares

1 wheel Brie, 24 teaspoons

72 cranberries

Fresh rosemary

Spray mini muffin pan with Pam, place a square into each pan, top with brie and 3cranberries.

Bake 15-18 minutes at 375
