Here are a few "easy to make" side dishes when you need a little 'something more' with your meal:
Jello Sherbet:
Simply dissolve 2 boxes of cherry jello in 1 cup boiling water and then add 2 cups of orange sherbet. Pour into individual serving cups and chill for a few hours.

Catie's Cranberry Brie Bites:
1 can Pillsbury crescent dough sheets, cut into 24 squares
1 wheel Brie, 24 teaspoons
72 cranberries
Fresh rosemary
Spray mini muffin pan with Pam, place a square into each pan, top with brie and 3cranberries.
Bake 15-18 minutes at 375
