Sausage and Peppers Dump Recipe


Here is another "dump" recipe.  This is delicious over white rice and is so easy to prepare!




Sausage and Peppers Crock Pot Dump

  • 12 - 16 oz pkg sausage links cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped 
  • 1 can Italian diced tomatoes, 14 oz
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Combine all ingredients in a gallon-sized freezer bag, zip close & place in freezer. When ready to use thaw in fridge overnight. Empty contents into crock-pot and cook on low 6-8 hours.

I served it over rice!


This was such an easy meal to prepare - and cook!
