Apple Gingerbread Cobbler
Here's an easy cobbler that can be prepared in minutes - put it in the oven before you serve dinner, and it will be ready for dessert!
Ingredients
4 T melted butter
2 21oz can apple pie filling
15 oz box gingerbread mix
Directions:
Melt the butter in a bowl in microwave and stir in the cans of apple filling. Spread the filling into a 9X13 baking pan. Make the gingerbread according to box directions and pour on top of filling. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean). Serves 12. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream!While this was baking, the aroma was mouthwatering....gingerbread and apples - YUM
