Pinterest Challenge: Tutti-Fruiti

Our Pinterest Challenge theme this month is

      Tutti Fruiti

The purpose of this challenge is to motivate us to actually make something that we have pinned!

Don't forget to visit my friends on the blog hop at the end of this post to see how they met the challenge!

Here's the inspiration: Liquor Infused Strawberries

These are a few variation of this and this time....

...I used coconut tequila!

These are always fun to serve at adult parties.  I purchased the pipettes HERE.  I dip the berries in melted chocolate and then fill the pipettes with coconut tequila or citron vodka and insert them into strawberries.  I make them a few hours before serving so that the liquor is absorbed by the fruit.  If there is any liquor left in the pipette, just gently squeeze as you pull it out!

You can also infuse watermelon slices with Watermelon Vodka:

Here are a few other "tutti-fruiti" favorite ideas I found on Pinterest or other social media in the past:

Another fun liquored fruit idea is to make Cherry Bombs:

Soak them in liquor and then dip in melted vanilla or chocolate wafers - both taste delish!

Just remember to buy cherries WITH stems!

This is another 'adult" fruit that goes so well with ham:

If you need a fruit punch, here's a refreshing sangria:

  1. These look delicious and refreshing, especially with the hot weather we've been having, Patti! I had never heard of pipettes but they sound divine to use to infuse alcohol into fruit! You've shared some wonderful ideas! Thanks!
