White Strawberry Sangria

When I have a get-together, I like to serve punch because it is easier than making individual cocktails.  I cam across this recipe and it was a hit on Memorial Day!

Slice thinly: 2 lemons, 1 lime and 1 c strawberries. Marinate fruit overnight in: 750 ml bottle Chardonnay and 1/2 c lt rum.  The next day, pour all into a punch bowl and add 4 c lemon-lime soda

Serve with snack foods...

Once everyone arrives, I always forget about taking photos, but
we had a fun Memorial Day get-together - how about you?

  1. Look at that cute flatware with stars! Glad you enjoyed a wonderful celebration. We got to enjoy a day of glorious rain here. '-) It was wonderful! With the dry conditions we've lived with, I'll trade a good rain for parades and picnics any day.

  4. You will never guess why I popped by your blog---it's because I spied your comment on BJ's Sweet Nothings, and I was drawn to you because you are Patti with an "i." I, too, am Patti with an "i". It's rare to meet another of us, as most Patti's I've met are with a "y."

Anyhow, this punch sounds delicious. We would love it at our house.

    Blessings,
    Patti
