Cape Cod Lavender Farm

Last week I went to the Lavender Farm in Harwich, Mass.
A long, winding, dirt road took us to this quaint little cottage in the woods, surrounded by fields of lavender:
The rustic setting was so quaint and relaxing.
And even though the lavender is not quite ready to bloom, the soaps, lotions, sachets and other gifts in the shop released the soothing scent in the cottage.
There were varieties of lavender plants for sale and the weather was perfect for strolling around the farm.
If you go to Cape Cod, this is a quaint and enchanting place to visit!

  1. Looks like a little slice of heaven to me! I could sniff lavender all day. =)

  2. Patti, This is only about three miles from my summer home in Harwichport. I didn't even know this little gem was there....I love lavender! Thanks for the info!!! Anne

  3. That would be one pretty place when things are in bloom.

  4. I've never heard of this place...I'm putting it on my roadtrip list! Hope you had fun on your trip!

  5. Patti, glad you had a good visit to the Cape. I'm putting this in my note book for future visits to the Cape. ;-)
