Still snowing...

It hasn't stopped snowing since Saturday, over 100 hours and over 3 feet of snow!
The best part - we had a "snow day" today from school - YIPPEEE!

I have spent the day making jelly and candy (recipes to follow soon) and putting gift baskets together for friends.

  1. It looks beautiful, butyou can keep it in New York. The weathermen are saying we should get our first significant snow this weekend...they said that last weekend, too.

    Stay warm! La

  3. I have no idea what it is like to have snow. We had a few flurries last year that lasted about 30 seconds but it was so exciting for us. As pretty as it is it looks really cold to me - probably because I live in Florida. I bet the children are planning on enjoying it and making the best of it.

  4. WOW, Patti!! I guess it's good that you got that week in Florida, huh? Glad you got a day off school--that kind of snow would close schools here for a week! :)
