Mayo Potatoes

Have you ever made Mayo Potatoes?

This is a simple and flavorful way to bake baby potatoes

MAYO POTATOES

8-10 baby potatoes, washed and cut in half

Mix all together in a bowl:

1/3 cup mayonnaise

3 dashes hot sauce

1/4 t green goddess seasoning

1/4 t ranch seasoing

1/4 t onion powder

2 T grated parmesan cheese

1/4 t dried parsley

salt and pepper

Toss potatoes in the bowl of mayo mixture and place on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.  Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes
