Mini French Toasts for Kids

Here's a fun way to use up brioche rolls....

Slice each roll into 4-5 slices, sit the ends aside....

...and make mini French Toast for the kiddies!

Serve them with a dipping bowl of syrup for a quick "breakfast on the go" - no need for forks or knives!
I have two little boys sleeping over on Saturday night and they will devour these!

And what do do with the little round ends of the rolls?

Cut them into bite size pieces....

....drop them into a baggie with olive oil and some seasonings (italian, s&p, garlic powder, a little parmesan cheese, etc)....

....shake them up...

...and bake them for about 1/2 hour until crispy @325°:

Easy peasy croutons!
