An Easy Holiday Appetizer

Here a quick holiday appetizer that will please your guests - colorful, easy to prepare and delicious. All you need is a few ingredients:

Schmear some Garlic and Herb Boursin on a plate and top with some chopped pistachios.   To make it more colorful you can also add some chopped dried cranberries - be creative!   Cut some mini peppers in halves and add a spreader knife to the dish:
