Saturday Football....

It's Football Season!

Here's an easy snack for the guys to enjoy while watching football:

These are delish, especially dipped into a little marinara sauce or salsa, or as a side to a spaghetti dinner!

Cheesy Breadsticks

Mix together:

1/3 c softened butter

4-5 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

Add 2 large beaten eggs.

In a large bowl mix:

2 cflour

1/2 t salt

1t smoked paprika

1 T Everything But The Bagel seasoning

1/2 t black pepper

Slowly add flour mixture to cheese mixture.  Chill for 30 minutes. Roll into logs and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.  Bake for 25-30 minutes @ 350°

Makes 15  5"long breadsticks

Here's another easy cocktail to make:

Ghostly Cider

Mix together and chill:

1 cup lemon tea, cooled

3/4 c apple cider

1/4 c spiced rum

1/4 c amaretto

Makes 2 cocktails
