Here's a tasty little appetizer to use up a little leftover ham:
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked ham chopped
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup flour
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine butter, cheese, ham and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Blend in flour. Make sure flour is thoroughly combined with butter and cheese mixture.
- Form dough into 1/2-inch balls. Place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Makes about 12-15
