We never seem to finish a bottle of Prosecco or Champagne, so here's an easy dessert to make!
Soak canned pears in the Prosecco over night in a plastic container. Serve the pears over a bed of greens and sprinkle with a bit of Tajin or Chili-lime seasoning :
If you want to sweeten it up a bit more, you can add a dollop of whipped cream!
It's an easy dessert and a good way to use leftover Prosecco!
If you want to "fancy it up", serve it in a martini glass:
I know, I know, who has leftover Prosecco or champagne?
But if it happens, try this dessert!!!

Sounds delicious. In the South, a common recipe when I was growing up was a half of a canned pear on a bed of lettuce, with a dollop of mayo, & sprinkled with a little shredded cheddar cheese. It sounds weird, but is oddly tasty. Sometimes we had it as the salad before dinner & sometimes it was served as dessert.
