Taco Dip
This taco dip can be used a variety of ways and is so tasty. I have made it for parties, for a happy hour snack, to make tacos in hard and soft shells and to top a salad!

Basic recipe:
Taco Dip
1lb ground beef, cooked and drained
1 pkg taco seasoning
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 jar salsa
8 oz cheddar cheese (or 4 cheese Mexican) for topping
Fry the ground beef in a frying pan until no longer pink and add the taco seasoning packet (follow directions on pkg). Spread cream cheese in a 8" baking dish and cover with seasoned ground beef. Cover beef with salsa and top with cheese. Baked for 20-25 minutes at 350°.

Serve with Tortilla Chips!
Salad
Serve on top of a salad with chili corn chips:

Serve in a hard taco shell or soft tortilla shell with lettuce and tomatoes:
This is easy dish to prepare and also easy to reheat!
