Here is an easy cold Herbal Green Bean Salad to add to your BBQ this summer - it's also a delicious one to bring to a picnic!
Doll up white balsamic bottled dressing with the above items and let sit for a few hours.
Steam 1/2 - 3/4 lb fresh green beans until al dente - you want them to still have a bit of crisp to them! Immediately dip them into ice cold water to stop the cooking.
Cut one cup of cherry tomatoes in halves.
Toss the green beans and cherry tomatoes with the dressing and serve chilled!
Garnish with fresh oregano:
Not only is this tasty, but it's also a pretty and colorful vegetable dish!
