One Pot Spaghetti....

This is my 'go-to' meal when I can't think of anything else to have.  It is easy to prepare and is very tasty, too!

I one electric fry pan, or stove top fry pan lay 12 oz of spaghetti, one sliced onion, 2-3 lg sliced garlic cloves, 3 Roma tomatoes cut up, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and a few bunches of fresh basil and parsley.

Pour 4 cups of water over the top and bring to a boil.  Stir occasionally and cook for about 13-15 minutes until water disappears.

Serve immediately and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garnish with basil and/or parsley:

The recipe can be altered easily by adding some fresh spinach, zucchini or green beans.

The leftovers are just as tasty, too!

  8. Hard to believe how good this One-Pan-Pasta is. We've been making it since 2013 when I saw that it was Chef recommended from the Puglia region of Italy.
