Are you tired of plain ol' tuna sandwiches?
I like to add a few extras to my tuna:
grapes, walnuts, celery and red onion
One scoop on a bed of lettuce makes a quick and tasty lunch....
...or try it rolled up in a tomato/jalapeno tortilla:
How do you enjoy your tuna?
Thanks for stopping by!
I love making tuna sammies for an easy weeknight dinner for Hubby and me. He rolls his up in romaine leaves. I usually add lemon pepper, olive oil, celery, green onion...what ever I have on hand. But I also love adding a bit of sweet from grapes or apples. BTW, I made your recipe for strawberry pie yesterday and it was DELISH.
ReplyDeleteYUM! Thanks for sharing. I am also looking for something different. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteThat looks good! I often make my chicken salad that way but have never used tuna. I will have to try that. xo Diana
ReplyDeleteI don't eat tuna but I would mix the grapes walnuts and celery with a little cream cheese and wrap it up! your plate vignette is so pretty!

Yum, that sounds good, Patti. I always add diced sweet pickles, celery, onion powder & mayo.
