It's time for a change!
I got rid of the last of the holiday sweets....
....and all the snack foods...
...and all the temptations...
...and put away all the holiday dishes...
...and, once again, I want to start eating a bit healthier...
...so tonight I stuffed pork chops with spinach, cherry tomatoes, onions, a bit of fresh salsa and a thin slice of cheese, served with a side of garlic spinach and a little rice:
I wonder how long this will last?
Dinner looks delicious. Got all the holiday sweets out of the house last week. '-)
ReplyDeleteLove the star studded dishes.
I think that is the worst part of Christmas ~ getting back to normal, clean eating! I got the last of the goodies dealt with the day after New Year.
ReplyDeleteYum, Patti, it looks delicious! Yes, it is hard to stop the indulgences of the season but with delicious meals like yours I think it will be easier! Linda
ReplyDeleteYour meal looks delicious Patti. I love the star pattern, so pretty for the cold days of January. I've been working all week doing just this. Kitchen back to normal and that makes me happy. I keep one pattern with snow scenes out after Christmas and through Valentine's Day. Happy weekend........
ReplyDeleteYour pork chop sure looks good. We still have goodies around here. It's going to be sad when they are gone! Have a nice afternoon. ♥
ReplyDeleteThe pork chops looks delicious! My jeans are a little snug due to the indulgences of the season, but everything in moderation is my motto :-)
