Some Treats Found on my Caribbean Table....

Here is a sampling of the Caribbean cuisine from our cruise last week:

First and foremost, margaritas....

....cold fruit soups....
 ...delectable dinners...
 ...traditional island cuisine...
 ...tapas...
 .....divine desserts....

...scrumptious light meals...
 ....vegetable carvings....
 ....fruit carvings...
...lots and lots of rum punch - perhaps too much...
 ...and many frozen drinks.
The tables were set to perfection each night and our waiters, Stephen and Erhan, were so attentive and entertaining!

I think there is nothing better than being served delicious meals, divine desserts and fruity drinks while enjoying this view daily, so I just might run away and live on a Caribbean island for the rest of my life!!

  7. Yum, yum and yum! Did anyone look at you funny for taking pictures of your food? I'm always so nervous to break out my camera in public. Silly, right?!

  9. Looks like you had a wonderful time! We've considered going on a cruise but a family member went and said the ship was packed to the gills! Was it the same in your case? I would expect it to have a lot of people but she said they couldn't even get to the pool much less get in it!

  14. I've never been on a cruise. Sweet Mister was on the very last cross-Atlantic cruise on the Queen Mary, so he's never been interested in cruising since then. He's always treated me to amazing trips...but never a cruise. They look amazing! So glad that you had a marvelous time. I forwarded your note to my sister. She should be in touch. She's going to Ireland before too long, so I don't know if she'll contact you before or after....but she'll be in contact at some point. Cherry Kay
