Stop Lights and "Irish Eyes"

In Syracuse, NY, the Tipperary Hill section of the city has the only stop light which has the green light on the top, rather than the bottom! The Irish bars are planning huge parties!
In less than 2 weeks, So Lowell Ave will be painted with a large green shamrock and green beer will be plentiful at Coleman's Irish Pub.
And I will be there, crooning "When Irish Eyes Are Smiling" with the best of 'em!

    St. Patricks Day is just not that big in the South, and I miss it! Always meant the coming of spring!
