Hand made Stocking

I decided to make a pair of funky Christmas stocking for John and I, so I gathered some fabric, trim, and ribbons. For my inspiration I used the MacKenzie-Childs catalog (of course!!).

And this is how the first one turned out:

  7. Patti, Dear Dear Patti, where did you find the black and white check wired ribbon? At least that's what it looks like in the picture. I have been looking all over because this year I am decorating Christmas in MC style and vintage. Please help. Oh, and your stocking is to die for.

  13. OMG! I am drooling here, Patti! That turned out fabulous! I want to see the other one, too. Did you make a pattern for the foot part? What a fun project for the fabric scrap stash and the bits of trim left over from other projects.
