These are an easy and different little hors d'oeuvre that I served recently for friends at a
Happy Hour:
They are easy to make:
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 apple, chopped
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 cup crushed walnuts
dash of salt
Mix and chill.
Serve on cucumber slices (which have been dried, so that the mixture does not slip off!) and garnish with parsley:
The tray was empty in no time!

ReplyDeleteCan't wait for you to find something to use your rice sack on. I have another coffee sack (well, Mr. Sweet has found an import warehouse here that will sell him the sacks for 2.00 ea) so I want to make a couple of pillows. Not going to get carried away, tho..something else will hit the Blog scene and totally wipe out all the burlap things. :))
