My New Teapot

I am drawn to black and white, and especially red - and when I can get the three colors together I am thrilled. I have been eyeing this teapot at Marshalls. I certainly didn't need it, so I waited for it to go into the clearance aisle - and lucky me - this patient gal got it on sale:

and when I saw the cherries, I decided to link up to Rednesday at A Very Cherry World
Its sitting on top of the stove and is a cherry cheery sight!

  1. Beautiful! How lucky that it lasted till it was marked down, Marshall's for me is "grab it while you see it or else..." Enjoy!

  12. OH MY GOD U GOT THAT AT mARSHALLS? i HAVE THE CUP TO THAT. I need that teapot. Did they have another one? i would be willing to pay u for it if they did. I mean if they had another one.lol. Answer to your question. i use a antiquing glaze over the table. I rub on wait a minute and rub off. I always use a water based poluruthene.I just buy a bottle of 8oz. Delta Ceramcoat sealer. It dries fast. Semigloss. I use about 3 or 4 coats. I can't handle using an oil base anything cause the smell makes me sick. mishelle
