I am drawn to black and white, and especially red - and when I can get the three colors together I am thrilled. I have been eyeing this teapot at Marshalls. I certainly didn't need it, so I waited for it to go into the clearance aisle - and lucky me - this patient gal got it on sale:
and when I saw the cherries, I decided to link up to Rednesday at A Very Cherry World
Its sitting on top of the stove and is a cherry cheery sight!

OH MY GOD U GOT THAT AT mARSHALLS? i HAVE THE CUP TO THAT. I need that teapot. Did they have another one? i would be willing to pay u for it if they did. I mean if they had another one.lol. Answer to your question. i use a antiquing glaze over the table. I rub on wait a minute and rub off. I always use a water based poluruthene.I just buy a bottle of 8oz. Delta Ceramcoat sealer. It dries fast. Semigloss. I use about 3 or 4 coats. I can't handle using an oil base anything cause the smell makes me sick. mishelle
