Here's a simple dessert to make for your sweetheart!
Strawberry Cheesecake Bites
15 oz strawberry cake mix
8 oz cream cheese, softened
red or pink candy meltable wafers
valentine sprinkles
Mix cake mix and cream cheese until fully blended, will look crumbly. Chill for at least 2 hours (or over night). Use a 1" cookie scoop to fill each muffin cup of a silicone mini muffin pan, round side facing up. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°. When cool, drizzle with melted chocolate wafers and decorate with sprinkles!
