Easy Mini Charcuterie Ideas....

Stuck on an idea for Valentine's Day?

I bought the little boxes and lids at Hobby Lobby at 50% off:

I rolled salami into a rose, cut a few slices of summer sausage and cheddar cheese, filled a mini pepper half with Boursin Cheese and sprinkled seasonings on it, added a few types of preztels, grape tomatoes and a chocolate:

You can add whatever snacks you like or that you have on hand.  A sweet box would be delicious with a variety of candies and cookies, too!

Cover with the plastic lid, tie a pretty bow and add a heart tag.

Use markers and watercolor paint to make a tag!

Make it colorful and appetizing!

Hand out to co-workers, neighbors, or even tuck into your child's lunchbox!

OR use tiny martini glasses to create
"Charcuter - tinis"

Use cookie cutters to cut veggies, cheeses and meats.

Use pistachios or nuts as a base.

Always add a little cracker or pretzel:

And just a little bite of "this and that" is always tasty!
