Ingredients:
1/2 c chopped onion1 c chopped celery
1T butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c chicken broth
1/2 t black pepper
a few drops of hot sauce
2 c cooked chicken, chopped
Topping:
Blend together 1/2 c chopped Hot and Spicy Cashews and 1/2 c crushed Seasoned Crackers (or crushed Ritz crackers and a T butter)
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter until soft. Blend in soup, broth, seasonings and hot sauce. Add cooked chicken and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with topping and bake at 350° for about 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
