Have you ever made Blueberry Sugar?

Blueberry Sugar is regular granulated sugar that has been combined with freeze-dried blueberries, which blends the flavors together. Using freeze-dried berries avoids adding any moisture to the sugar.  

This sugar can be used in a variety of ways by adding to:

1. baked goods, substituting white sugar
2. rim a cocktail glass
3. mix with butter for muffins, bagels, pancakes or english muffins
4. oatmeal
5. sprinkle over fresh fruit or fruit salad
6. whipped cream

• It's easy and quick to make and can be stored in an airtight container....

• In a little food processor blend:
3T cups sugar 
• ▢1/4 cup freeze dried blueberries 
• 1/2 t Flavor Seed Sugar Momma Cinnamon Sugar Dessert Spice

I sifted the blueberry sugar to remove any larger pieces that didn't pulverize well:

The sugar is the prettiest color and the Flavor Seed Sugar Momma Cinnamon Sugar added such a warm and spicy flavor.

A little Blueberry Sugar sprinkled into these cocktails would sweeten them up OR  rim the cocktail glasses with a little of the sugar to enhance the flavor of the beverages!

Substituting some of the white sugar in a blueberry muffin recipe with Blueberry Sugar enhances the blueberry flavor!
