Chicken Stuffed Biscuits

Chicken Stuffed Biscuits are perfect for a quick lunch or after school snack:

Chicken Stuffed Biscuits
1 can Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers Original Biscuits
1 cooked small chicken breast, chopped
3 T mayo
3 T shredded cheddar cheese
3 T celery
1 T chopped walnuts
2 T chopped cran-raisins
1 T melted butter
1 T Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel seasoning

Mix the chicken, mayo, cheese, celery, walnuts and cran-raisins.  Heat oven to 375°F.

Separate the biscuit dough and cut a slit in the side of each biscuit, and open it up..  Stuff one side with the chicken salad.  Press dough back over filling and seal the edges.  Place on a parchment covered cookie sheet.  Brush melted butter over each and sprinkle with seasoning.  Bake for 20 minutes.

Easy and delicous!
