Rita, from Panoply, is hosting a Halloween Tablescape Blog Hop!
Here is my simple table....
....a table set for two...
...in my dining room...
...a centerpiece of skeleton keys dangling from a tree with a crow atop:
Ghost tins pails hold harlequin flatware and another ghost is ready for a cookie dessert:
Mice are waiting for a little sip of water:
The crow is waiting for a little bite of food:
Lunch will be chicken salad tea sandwiches and fresh fruit!
The side buffet holds a witch and a few pumpkins:
Scaredy cats also have their eyes on the table, waiting for a treat:
The chairs are covered in stripes for the season:
Black, White and BOO:
Where did I find it all?
Mackenzie-Childs Courtly Check dinner plates
Ghost plates from Walmart
Harlequin flatware from Wegman's
MacKenzie-Childs goblets
Cookies from Target
Ghost tins from The Christmas Tree Shop
Black tree from Khol's
Ready for lunch!

The harlequin flatware is darling and fits right in. The cocktails look yummy. You know I absolutely love your witch. A pleasure hopping with you.
ReplyDeleteSo cute and clever. I just found your blog.
ReplyDeletePatti, love your cute and boo-it-ful table. Those ghost shape bowls/plates are darling! Black is a key neutral color in my interior decorating and accents that started with a grand piano and went from there lol! So, I adore anything MC and your special pieces. Would love to score harlequin flatware like yours! So nice to have you join us there year.
ReplyDeleteHa! I have that drink EVERY year!!! Just made one over the weekend, in fact! I put an orange slice or a splash of orange juice in with it to make it extra fancy, but I like the idea of the caramel rim. Mmmmmmm!!! That's the stuff right there!!! I see our favorite chair covers have come out to play! I've been angling for a tablescape to use mine again, but nothing has come up just yet. I still love them as much as when I first got them!Yours go great with this table setting in black and white! I really like the idea of the "skeleton keys" hanging on the tree. Skeletons☠/Skeleton keys. Very clever! That witch would have to GO at my house. NO woman with a waistline smaller than mine is welcome here!😂😂😂 Nicely done, Patti! Have a great week!!!!!!!
ReplyDeletePatti, love the black and white theme. It goes perfectly with the rest of the rooms decor. And I like the look of a friendly ghost for Halloween, and a new drink to celebrate the season.
ReplyDeletePatti, I love your black and white check theme for Halloween. Even the flatware has checks! Your table for two looks cozy and whimsical. The cocktail sounds divine and perfect for the season. It was nice to "meet" you! I'm so glad you joined us on the hop :)

ReplyDeletePatti, I love how you have used a fun combination of patterns! Your centrepiece is so unique and fun! You have made a simple black and white table so interesting and fun, right down to those lovely striped chair covers!!
ReplyDeletePatti, tres chic in the black, white & boo(ze)! That looks really sharp. Those little cookies are so cute, and the mouse totally creepy in a good way. Love the tree with crow. I could use a stiff drink. Oh wait, it's just a little past 7....in the morning. 🤣 Happy to have you as another witch among my coven on this hop, cheers!
ReplyDeleteSo cute!! I just love it when you ladies top a MC plate with something from Walmart or the Dollar Tree!!! Those little ghost plates are adorable, and you have complimented them well with the little buckets and cookies. I love your Harlequin flatware!!! Such a fun table!! Have a fun Halloween!🎃
