This is my Mom's recipe for shrimp cocktail and she serves them in martini glasses on a bed of romaine lettuce.
It is also easy to serve in little plastic disposable cups if you have a crowd:
1 lb medium shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1 med tomato diced
4 oz diced green chilis
1/3 cup green onions, sliced
2 T chopped cilantro
2 t honey
1/8 t hot pepper sauce
Toss in a medium glass bowl and refrigerate for one hour.
A perfect appetizer for the holidays!
