I LOVE PORK!
Here's a quick and easy way to prepare a pork roast:
2 Granny Smith apples
1 onion
1/2 cup honey
2 T cinnamon
Slice onion and apple
Make slits in the roast and insert apple slice and onion slice into each slit:
In a large crock pot, layer the remainder apple and onion slices ...
...and pour half of the honey over the slices...
Place roast on top of apples and onions and sprinkle with cinnamon. Drizzle the other half of the honey over the top.
Bake on low for 8 hours and serve!

Here's a quick way to prepare boneless pork chops:
Slice a pocket in 2 pork chops...
...season them and brown them in 2T garlic olive oil...
...remove from pan and add 1 T butter in pan and saute 2 T green pepper, 2T onion and 1 clove garlic, chopped...
... turn off burner and...
...add 1 T salsa...
...and stuff all of this into each pocket of the pork...
...Cover and bake for 30-40 minutes @ 350'
I served these with a side of rice and green beans...
...and boy, was it delish!
If you try either recipe, I would love your opinion!
