While I was in Ohio last week, I went into a cute artist coop shop and bought this unique flower frog:
It sits on top of the vase, rather than inside on the bottom, and fits many of my vases!
And no laughing at my simple blooms, I do not have a green thumb and am quite proud of this bunch of flowers I picked this morning!!
Such a pretty and unique flower frog! And perfect for your daffodils!
ReplyDeleteI just love flower frogs...and I think your flowers are beautiful...a bright spot .......
ReplyDeleteVery nice! I love flower frogs, they really help flowers show their best-enjoy:@)
ReplyDeleteI used to have a couple of flower frogs but have no idea where they are. You picked some goodies as they are Spring personified.
ReplyDeleteNot laughing here. I think your daffodils look grand in your vase. Perfect idea to use the flower frog. I have a few of the low flower frog vases that McK-C made years ago in the Taylor pattern. They are shallow oval bowl with a removable flower frog on top. I love the idea of a flower frog. My mother always used glass ones that would sit down inside her wide mouthed vases or dishes. I saved hers and use them frequently. Like the idea of this one sitting on top of the vase. Great find!
ReplyDeleteLove that celadon color, and how nice that it fits several of your vases! One of my sisters is the queen of spotting some very unusual vintage frogs when we're out picking. No shame in beautiful blooms - no matter how many!
