"SEASONal" Party Favors for Holiday guests

I am hosting the our annual Bunco Christmas Party again this year and I wanted to have a little favor for each of my Bunco friends to take home with them.

As you know, I am not much of a gardener, however I do enjoy growing and drying my herbs.  As I cut them back all summer, I dry them in the microwave and store them in zip bags (you can read that post HERE).

I had parsley, basil, chives, rosemary, oregano, garlic, thyme and added salt and pepper.  I placed 2T into small cups...

…and added labels I made on the computer:

I placed the cups into small bags and punched holes in the top so that I could tie a ribbon through:

To make them "festive" I tied a paper mache bell ornament onto each bag:

I attached some greenery and a poinsettias onto a basket….

…and they will sit by the front door so that each guest can take one home:

The next time they put on a pot of sauce, they can just dump in the contents to season their sauce!
A quick and easy "SEASONal" gift!
