Hi!
ReplyDeleteYes, this happened to me. I forget all the details, but I assume you go through Blogger? The same thing happened to me and I was in a tizzy. I think it has something to do with the photo storage through another site which I forget??? Yes, I chose to pay the additional fee for more storage which I belive was $5 so no big financial cost, but a huge pain to deal with. Hope that helps - good luck! I just figured no photos = no blog and I wanted my blog!!

It has happened to me, I pay the yearly fee which is not very much. It is a shocker when it comes up, but if you don't do something, you can't post any more pictures...believe me, I know! Just follow the directions, and the last time I did it, the yearly fee was not that much. I got the min. I could get.
ReplyDeleteHappened to me last night while I was in the midst of downloading my photos for my post. So I signed up for the monthly fee. I thought I had been paying for a yearly fee so this surprised me. I didn't see an option for a yearly fee.
ReplyDeleteI've been paying the annual fee for YEARS. It was about $20/year at first, but last time I think it was more like $5.
ReplyDeleteAlso - - - if you RESIZE your pictures before posting them on your blog, it will REALLY save on space. I use "gimp" to do this, and "gimp" is a free downloadable program. The original size of your picture file is something like 2,000x2000 pixels. This is HUGE and takes up LOTS of blog space. I resize mine to something like 400x400 pixels.
Good luck!!!
As Keetha says, resizing your photos will have a lot of space. Also it does reduce the quality a bit; on the upside, it makes you page load quicker.
ReplyDeleteHappened to me too over the weekend. I bit the bullet and ordered more space. It's something like $2.49 a month for more storage. At first I deleted some old posts and photos but that only worked for so long.

It happened to me too, and it has happened before so I worked around it by resizing my photos.
ReplyDeleteThis happened to me and I just pay the minimum a year for the extra storage and it solves the issue for little money. In fact, I can't remember if it's $5 or $20 but I thought well worth it.
