I am joining Tablescape Thursday at Between Naps on the Porch
It's a cold, snowy day here in NY. We have had well over 100" snow this season and I am ready for spring!
So until we move somewhere warm and sunny, I will keep warm in the winter with a cup of tea,
What a beautiful tray all set for tea ~ a lovely way to keep warm during the cold winter months. Love the red and white polka dot plate!
ReplyDeleteSo you were thinking you'd be there until about 1984, huh? Turned out to be a little longer than that, didn't it?
ReplyDeleteStay warm, girl! New York is lucky to have you as a resident!!
I really like your tea try set up - cozy and pretty. I would not have made it up there, as I have never liked cold weather even when I was "young".
ReplyDeleteGray and/or cold days take a toll on me.
Love your bright and cheerful setting -- perfect to brighten up a grey day.
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty setting to enjoy a cup of tea. Pass the chocolate, please. :o) La
ReplyDeleteLove the tray! Very cheerful. Another storm coming tomorrow for NY. I have had enough, not like where you are though, I know!
ReplyDeleteThis is so cute. I love the cups. I could certainly sue some tea.
ReplyDeleteOh, Patti! This is just absolutely ADORABLE. This just made my pulse race when that first picture rolled up on my screen. CUTE just barely scratches the surface. SUPER CUTE! Love the tray, the polka dots, the checks, the whole thing... and that striped chair and that teapot!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Tablescape Thursday to you...
XO,
Sheila :-)
And the best part??? The cute little guy in that frame!
ReplyDeleteI love your colors in this tablescape. It is just so inviting had to click on it. We are not cold like you here so I had my lunch out of doors. Hopefully soon spring will come for you. I dream of snow and you dream of sunny warm day.
ReplyDeleteI love the black, white and red together! I have been working on that color combination for a future tablescape - as soon as I get my act together..maybe Valentine's Day! Very cheerful! We are expecting more snow in NJ tonight or tomorrow...spring will be here one of these days!
ReplyDeleteWhat a day brightener! And tucked into the setting is one of the cutest little cupids. If he doesn't warm your heart, nothing will.
ReplyDeleteTry and stay warm.
wonderful!I absolutely love this. The framed photo makes this beautiful tray perfect! Hugs, Katherine
ReplyDeleteHello, I'm a new follower. I enjoyed viewing your trayscape,,,, cheerful, yet warm and cozy too!!
ReplyDeleteVery warm and cozy looking tea tray. Looks perfect for a Valentines day treat as well.
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoyed it!~! I sure would!! lol
blessings, Nellie
A hundred inches??!?!?! Oh, my goodness! I knew you guys had gotten a lot, but I didn't know it had built up that much! We dodged the bullet until this month. We've had 2 big snow storms in one week's time. Ugh! :-( Your vignette is really pretty with one of my favorite color combos. What a great way to add some spice to an otherwise gray day! I hope the weekend brings you some sunshine!
ReplyDeleteRed and black and MacKenzie Childs - oh how wonderful!
ReplyDelete- The Tablescaper
I noticed the pretty tea pot and wondered why you didn't use that for brewing your tea (so that you can pour more). Is it just for show, or can you use it?
